Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions for the data platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Architect and implement systems for efficient data orchestration.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the data platform.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
- Engage in daily problem-solving related to data management and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Strong coding skills in Python; knowledge of Golang and TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially CircleCI.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Experience with Git and streaming services.
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow and/or AWS Redshift is desirable.
