Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical standards and reference architectures for partner implementations.
- Lead the highest-severity cross-partner escalations and drive root-cause analysis.
- Establish and govern implementation standards to ensure consistent quality.
- Set technical alignment across Partner Success, TAM, Support, and Product.
- Define and maintain standardized technical playbooks and reference architectures.
- Lead technical forums and mentor Implementation Engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering or a related technical customer-facing role.
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20% regionally, with some international travel.
