Base Salary
$300k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain design-system components and page templates across Anthropic’s web properties.
- Build interactive pages, data visualizations, and tools that communicate complex information clearly.
- Maintain and improve headless CMS content modeling, structured data workflows, and publishing experiences.
- Build internal tools that help teams author, manage, and publish content at scale.
- Collaborate with designers to translate static designs into polished, interactive web experiences.
- Participate in migrations and site architecture projects within defined scopes.
- Rapidly prototype concepts, iterate with the team, and improve tooling and workflows.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling, and design systems.
- Strong CSS skills for implementing complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences precisely.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, content modeling, structured data workflows, and large-site operations.
- Experience building internal tools or improving team workflows.
- Ability to prototype quickly and iterate from rough ideas to working proofs of concept.
- Clear communication and attention to technically sound, visually refined production work.
- Track record contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
- Preferred: experience with AI-assisted development workflows, interest in generative or programmatic design, or familiarity with localization and internationalization systems.
