Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale solutions using the Appian platform and BPM best practices.
- Build applications with Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Business Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center, and Data Management capabilities.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support solution demonstrations.
- Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs and related web-service technologies.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation initiatives.
- Develop and optimize data models, complex data types including XSDs, SQL queries, and database interactions.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to support delivery and development standards.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, testing support, and production issue resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 4+ years of hands-on Appian development and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Appian platform capabilities and implementation methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Business Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center, and Data Management.
- Experience with complex data types, XSDs, SQL queries, and relational databases.
- Expertise designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs and web services.
- Experience supporting or coordinating offshore development teams.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations with business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Appian certification, enterprise BPM and workflow automation experience, cloud-platform and enterprise-application integrations, application performance tuning, security best practices, governance frameworks, solution architecture, and modernization experience.
