Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions by translating client requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
- Collaborate with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
- Provide estimates for assigned tasks and independently write simple, reliable, and scalable code.
- Address moderate to complex development and support problems, documenting and communicating results.
- Participate in whiteboarding, impact analysis, and efforts to improve development processes.
- Learn client information quickly and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control requirements.
- Develop long-term internal and external relationships and networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or related experience.
- 2–4 years of experience developing applications in a Microsoft environment.
- Experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and relational databases.
- Experience using Git and common version control practices.
- Experience with Agile development and Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, work independently, and collaborate reliably.
- Passion for learning new technologies and solving new problems.
