Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and LangChain.
- Build and maintain web-scraping frameworks using Firecrawl, Playwright, Scrapy, or similar technologies.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangFlow pipelines and agent-to-agent communication.
- Deploy multi-agent systems to production with monitoring and failover mechanisms.
- Integrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack, and internal business systems.
- Create responsive frontend components using React.js or similar frameworks.
- Implement real-time interfaces using SSE or WebSocket.
- Monitor agent performance and interaction logs using observability platforms such as LangFuse.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to system architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, and Product teams in agile environments.
- Support applications across development and production environments and contribute to information security and data privacy requirements.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of full-stack development experience.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and strong backend experience with FastAPI and asyncio.
- Experience building scalable microservices.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying web-scraping frameworks such as Firecrawl, Scrapy, or Playwright.
- Experience with agent-based systems, including agent-to-agent communication, LangFlow orchestration, and production deployment of multi-agent systems.
- Experience integrating agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, CRMs, or similar third-party systems.
- Frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript, or other modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with agent observability tools such as LangFuse.
- Experience using developer AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Winsurf, or equivalents.
- A degree is not required for most roles, and candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every listed requirement.
