Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Lead workshops to design optimized, future-state workflows.
- Transform business needs into high-quality epics and user stories.
- Partner with Developers to ensure technical builds align with best practices.
- Define and oversee User Acceptance Testing and change management strategies.
- Analyze post-deployment data for continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based enterprise applications, especially ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills to evaluate complex factors.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Technical literacy in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Career-level understanding of service management frameworks like ITIL/CSDM.
- Willingness to work primarily in the Prague office.
