Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI models using GPT, VAEs, GANs, and transformer architectures.
- Develop and deploy NLP algorithms for text processing, semantic extraction, language understanding, and text analytics.
- Build and fine-tune large language models using transfer learning and domain adaptation.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve generative AI performance and output quality.
- Use deep learning frameworks and process large datasets with text representations, embeddings, and feature engineering.
- Integrate NLP and generative AI components into production systems and cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
- Optimize models through hyperparameter tuning, experimentation, and model performance evaluation.
- Research and apply RAG architectures, vector databases, and the LangChain framework.
- Develop conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in NLP, machine learning, and generative AI development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques including tokenization, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, text classification, and sequence modeling.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar models.
- Expertise in LSTM, Transformers, attention mechanisms, neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
- Experience with Hugging Face, SpaCy, and NLTK.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying machine learning models.
- Preferred experience with open-source model fine-tuning, model compression, conversational AI, chatbot development, dialogue systems, MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and PySpark.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Professional certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are preferred.
