Responsibilities
- Develop backend components using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design business logic components for complex software solutions in direct customer cooperation.
- Develop and integrate microservices in cloud-native architectures.
- Solve technical and conceptual challenges involving continuous delivery and performance optimization.
- Use AI-powered development and assistance tools for software development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Work in a scaled-agile environment using Scrum within teams and SAFe-based practices.
- Help design and ramp up a high-skilled team for different projects.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, or Jakarta EE/MicroProfile implementations such as Quarkus or Micronaut.
- Expertise in developing and integrating microservices.
- Initial experience with cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes and Kafka.
- Experience with unit and integration testing and agile project methods.
- Proficiency with common development and integration tools and responsible use of AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
- University degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese at C1 level.
