Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automations for data extraction and patient scheduling workflows.
- Develop resilient scraping and data extraction logic for legacy systems.
- Create robust error handling and exception management architectures.
- Build data validation layers to ensure accuracy in data transfers.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to gather requirements and plan solutions.
- Document workflows, decision logic, and process maps for future automation.
Requirements
- Production experience with automation platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
- An API-first mindset with knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards.
- Experience navigating healthcare platforms and understanding appointment scheduling data.
- Strong skills in data extraction from unstructured user interfaces.
- A track record of designing error handling and exception management systems.
- Experience in building data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Strong documentation habits and a focus on building for handoff.
- A testing mindset applied to automation workflows.
- Experience managing automation portfolios across multiple systems.
