Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, design, validate, test, and maintain software and firmware for products and systems.
- Perform software and hardware integration to maintain throughput and program consistency.
- Develop and test documentation describing firmware functionality.
- Run software tests, review results, and perform root-cause analysis to identify problems.
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions to complex issues.
- Participate in project code reviews and maintain compliance with quality processes and standards.
- Modify and upgrade existing firmware and improve technologies for new solutions.
- Recommend changes that enhance team performance and productivity.
- Build productive internal, external, and occasional customer relationships, and provide guidance to non-exempt personnel when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience with embedded products.
- Ability to work within defined procedures, follow established processes, exercise judgment, and solve technical problems.
