Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and system design of Agoda’s next-generation front-end systems.
- Drive performance, accessibility, usability, and scalability across front-end experiences.
- Mentor front-end engineers and serve as a subject-matter expert for the engineering team.
- Influence stakeholders across Product and Business teams.
- Establish technical standards for scalable front-end development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and leading rich web applications at scale.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks including React, Next, and Vue.
- Experience building robust, high-performance SPA and SSR front ends and optimizing Core Web Vitals.
- Strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience with A/B experimentation, international teams, or travel and e-commerce products is a bonus.
