Responsibilities

Build and maintain platforms built on ElevenLabs voice models.
Improve existing products and add significant functionality or integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for availability, performance, and security as the company scales.
Collaborate with frontend, growth, sales, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and design solutions.

Expertise in Python.
Strong background in backend development.
Familiarity with software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals.
No formal experience, certifications, or degrees are required; candidates should demonstrate difficult problem-solving through projects or GitHub contributions.
Bonus experience with Kubernetes or Stripe and basic knowledge of AI models.
