Responsibilities

Build and maintain the platform supporting ElevenLabs’ voice models and products.
Improve existing products and add functionality and integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with Frontend, Growth, Sales, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and design solutions.

Expertise in Python.
Strong background in backend development.
Familiarity with software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems through artifacts such as past projects or GitHub contributions.
Kubernetes experience is a bonus.
Stripe or other payment-processing experience is a bonus.
Basic understanding of how AI models work is a bonus.
No formal experience, certifications, or degrees are required.
