Responsibilities
- Architect and lead implementation of complex cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions.
- Drive automation, continuous improvement, scalability, operational excellence, and DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Make critical architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices across multi-cloud environments.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor mid-level and junior team members.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, scaling strategies, troubleshooting, monitoring, observability, and incident response.
- Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance, and security automation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, including advanced services, multi-cloud strategies, and cloud migration.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, Shell Script, or similar programming and scripting languages.
- Expert knowledge of Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, or Pulumi, including module development and state management.
- Deep knowledge of Git workflows, Linux/Unix systems, performance tuning, security hardening, networking, and cloud security.
- Advanced Kubernetes expertise, including cluster management, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and/or ArgoCD for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, DevSecOps, and security automation.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams, guiding technical teams, and driving DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Desired qualifications include cloud and Kubernetes certifications, FinOps, service mesh, GitOps, serverless, event-driven architectures, database administration, SRE principles, multi-region design, disaster recovery, technical writing, open-source contributions, and technical workshops.
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
