Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UI, API, database, mobile, and performance automation frameworks.
- Create, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, performance, manual, and automated test cases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and build regression suites.
- Analyze requirements, test data, traceability matrices, metrics, defects, and large output datasets for accuracy and integrity.
- Validate defect fixes, assist with defect reproduction, and track required corrections through completion.
- Perform testing of web, native, hybrid, and mobile iOS and Android applications.
- Test healthcare EMR systems and assess cross-functional impacts of software updates, bug fixes, and releases.
- Communicate testing results and status to IT, business stakeholders, and development teams.
- Coach and train associate test analysts, test analysts, and other SDETs on QA tools and processes.
- Participate in planning, estimation, scheduling, critical-issue, and go/no-go discussions.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and operational improvements for testing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or any specialization.
- 4–6 years of comparable work experience.
- 1+ years in a lead role preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman/Newman, JMeter, API testing, and automated scripting.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript for writing automated test scripts.
- Experience testing EMR systems such as Meditech, Cerner, Epic, or Expanse.
- Experience with test automation in CI/CD pipelines and tools including Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of BDD tools such as Cucumber or SpecFlow and performance-testing processes.
- Experience with mobile testing of enterprise native applications, cloud technologies, security testing, and API testing.
- Experience with QA tools and toolsets including MS Unit, TestNG, Selenium Grid, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of databases, data relationships, IT infrastructure, on-premise and public cloud networking, scripting protocols, and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience training other testers and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
- Fluent English and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
