Responsibilities

  • Design and implement product capabilities across bare-metal and cloud platforms.
  • Develop user- and kernel-mode Linux internals components in C and C++.
  • Build capabilities for real-time event collection, anti-malware, anti-exploitation, and network filtering.
  • Lead features and coordinate with development and QA teams.
  • Contribute to software development best practices and high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
  • At least 5 years of Linux system-level programming experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux internals.
  • Very strong C++ system-programming skills.
  • Strong debugging skills with various tools across different Linux platforms.
  • Proven experience developing multithreaded applications.
  • Preferred: Linux kernel programming experience; experience with containers, Docker, or Kubernetes; familiarity with multiple Linux distributions such as RHEL and Ubuntu; and experience with software security or Linux Security modules such as SecureBoot, SELinux, or AppArmor.
