Responsibilities
- Design and build low-latency, real-time backend services for live voice conversations.
- Develop the platform customers use to create, test, and analyze voice agents.
- Integrate telephony providers, CRMs, calendars, and the monday.com platform.
- Turn AI research prototypes into production systems with AI scientists.
- Own architecture, code quality, observability, and performance for shipped features.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production backend or full-stack systems.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, or deep experience with a comparable stack and willingness to switch.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures.
- Pragmatic, fast, and rigorous approach to shipping software.
