Responsibilities
- Implement and modify embedded software written in C.
- Implement functional safety requirements for embedded software.
- Develop Python-based test scripts to validate embedded software changes.
- Develop and modify device drivers for Zephyr RTOS.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree at an accredited university.
- Pursue a degree in or closely related to Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Have experience with the C programming language.
- Have knowledge of ARM microcontrollers or microprocessors, or equivalent.
- Have knowledge of real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
- Be available onsite and full time, 40 hours per week, for the entire January-August 2027 co-op term.
