Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch new features for storage systems.
- Address performance issues and deliver solutions for latency, availability, and data durability.
- Lead incident responses and contribute to postmortems.
- Mentor peers and conduct code and design reviews.
- Develop new skills and learn on the job.
- Make informed decisions based on data and reasoning.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in storage systems or databases.
- Strong focus on reliability, performance, and quality.
- Proficient in high performance C++, Rust, or JVM-based languages.
- Expertise in building and operating scalable distributed systems.
