Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.
- Implement risk management, policy and compliance, audit, regulatory change, business continuity, crisis management, and recovery workflows.
- Develop security incident response, vulnerability response, threat intelligence, triage, remediation, and escalation workflows.
- Build REST/SOAP and MID Server-based integrations with enterprise and security applications.
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub and support data synchronization with external systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, participate in code reviews, and support upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, administrators, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requires 6–12 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Requires hands-on experience with IRM/GRC, BCM, and SecOps.
- Requires strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Requires experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, risk and compliance workflows, and business continuity processes.
- Requires experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
- Requires understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Requires strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-interaction skills.
- Preferred qualifications include operational resilience experience, SIEM or security monitoring integrations, cloud platform and security operations exposure, and knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and CIS–Risk & Compliance.
