Base Salary
$254k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-quarter technical strategy for Blockchain Platform.
- Architect and evolve core Blockchain Platform infrastructure for high availability and security.
- Lead end-to-end design and rollout of large architectural initiatives.
- Set and enforce technical standards for correctness and reliability across crypto asset operations.
- Drive engineering efficiency by defining standards for testing and automation.
- Use data to identify platform gaps and lead reliability improvements.
- Represent Blockchain Platform in executive and cross-org forums.
Requirements
- Experience with high-throughput transaction systems requiring strong auditability.
- Familiarity with staking infrastructure, bridging protocols, or tokenization systems.
- Experience applying AI or agent-based automation in platform contexts.
- Background at a high-scale technology company with platform-level impact.
