Responsibilities
- Manage assigned project tasks and contribute to the successful completion of operational projects.
- Support security operations and engineering for the security integrity of mission-critical applications.
- Provide 24/7 response to critical security incidents requiring immediate resolution.
- Maintain security tooling and ensure required service levels and availability.
- Develop and maintain AI/ML security incident response playbooks covering prompt injection, model poisoning, data exfiltration, and adversarial attacks.
- Monitor and secure generative AI systems, LLMs, and AI-powered applications.
- Contribute to AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, procedures, and reference architectures.
- Evaluate the security implications of new AI/ML tools and platforms before production deployment.
- Participate in AI threat intelligence and track emerging AI security vulnerabilities and attack methodologies.
- Conduct post-incident analysis and develop preventive measures for AI-related security events.
- Review AI model security properties, including robustness against adversarial inputs and data privacy protections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or applicable experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in information security operations across multiple roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in security incident response and operations.
- At least 2 years of experience with AI/ML security, including securing LLMs, generative AI systems, and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, WAF, SEIM, and SOAR technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of information security standards, principles, and practices.
- Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and industry-specific AI governance guidelines.
- Experience with AI threat modeling, adversarial attack vectors, and AI-specific vulnerability assessments.
- Understanding of AI governance frameworks, model validation, and responsible AI principles.
- Familiarity with prompt injection, model poisoning, data poisoning, and membership inference attacks.
- Related certifications such as GSEC, CISSP, GIAC, or AWS are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
