Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize advanced multi-agent workflows across cloud platforms.
- Standardize agent framework usage with LangChain, Langraph, and GoogleADK.
- Define runtime, SRE/DevOps, reliability, A2A protocol, and connector sandbox isolation standards.
- Translate platform roadmaps into runtime capabilities for multi-cloud agentic deployments.
- Lead technical hiring, coaching, and development for Officers and Senior Associates.
- Direct incident response and post-incident reviews for critical runtime issues.
- Oversee documentation, compliance, and performance reviews for enterprise agentic systems.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and cloud-native practices in AI system engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–14 years of progressive software engineering experience focused on agentic AI, distributed systems, or orchestration platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one of Java, Go, or C++.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing complex agentic or event-driven systems across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Deep expertise in A2A protocols, runtime environments, and cloud-native DevOps practices.
- Experience establishing technical standards, overseeing compliance, and adopting emerging technologies.
- Proven technical mentorship, incident response leadership, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, IAM/RBAC, and cloud-environment sandboxing.
