Responsibilities
- Lead and own the architecture and delivery of technical components for complex projects.
- Design and build the AI layer for autonomous detection and remediation workflows.
- Develop and productionize large-scale LLMs and graph-based reasoning engines.
- Own evaluation and reliability processes, including fine-tuning and testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Detection Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Experiment with advanced AI techniques to enhance cybersecurity defenses.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to architectural reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development using modern programming languages.
- Deep knowledge of agentic systems design and multi-agent systems architectures.
- Solid understanding of graph structures and graph databases.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks and evaluation harnesses.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.
- Strong fundamentals in API design and distributed systems.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Proven track record of guiding multi-stakeholder initiatives.
