AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Finnish Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers.
- Design agent prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and end-to-end architecture using AI/LLM technologies and Agentforce.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate rapidly on deployed solutions.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional builder pod and participate in mentorship, shadowing, and technical development activities.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Early-career profile with a builder mindset and strong problem-solving and initiative.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in English and Finnish.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
