Responsibilities
- Implement BDD, API, browser UI, mobile UI, performance, security, exploratory, and accessibility testing in line with the Global Test Strategy.
- Manage POD test deliverables throughout the agile development lifecycle and coordinate testing dependencies across POD and cross-POD teams.
- Represent Quality Engineering in Scrum ceremonies and project meetings, serving as the testing escalation point.
- Build automation frameworks and provide quality status, risk updates, and product-readiness advice to stakeholders.
- Improve Quality Engineering processes, resolve delivery blockers, and drive measurable improvements in testing outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience building and enhancing automation frameworks and managing Quality Engineering and testing activities across delivery and support.
- Hands-on experience with Appium, Java, and Selenium.
- Knowledge of Retail Banking requirements and mobile banking use cases and edge scenarios.
- Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery, in-sprint automation, and BDD approaches using Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, REST Assured or Karate, Maven or Gradle, and JUnit or TestNG.
- Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, and Confluence, including CI/CD exposure.
- Basic understanding of performance testing and cybersecurity Quality Engineering.
- Experience with BrowserStack or other cloud-based device farms and familiarity with AI coding assistants.
