Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, configure, and customize SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
- Integrate payroll processes with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Document technical specifications and maintain code quality standards.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of payroll integration with SAP modules and external systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM time management and personnel administration concepts.
- 15 years of full-time education.
