Responsibilities

Develop and maintain application modules using C/C++, C#/.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, and AI-assisted development tools.
Generate, validate, and improve unit tests while critically evaluating AI-generated code, tests, and documentation.
Develop AI-augmented features and contribute to AI model or integration design when needed.
Use AI tools, profiling tools, and debugging tools to analyze codebases, errors, logs, and stack traces.
Own deliverables from business requirements through testing, documentation, and production deployment.
Provide Level 3 production and operational support.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other Scrum team members.
Follow compliance requirements related to Quebec’s Law 25 and the Act Respecting Health and Social Services.

At least 5 years of experience developing with C/C++ and C#/.NET.
Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
Experience with Visual Studio 2022/2026 and Git or another collaborative version control system.
Daily experience using AI development tools and the ability to demonstrate measurable productivity gains.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, tests, and technical documentation.
Strong object-oriented programming, algorithmic thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn independently, adapt quickly, and work with complex systems and architectures.
Bilingual French and English proficiency, written and spoken.
Strong communication and collaboration skills and willingness to work in a regulated environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with multiple programming languages, enterprise B2B software, database-driven and cloud-based solutions, AI-augmented product features, RAG, DevExpress, Citrix Server, Java, Jira, Confluence, and HR management systems.
Personal AI projects, open-source contributions, active GitHub repositories, and experience with CI/CD are valued.
