Responsibilities
- Design and implement HPC and AI infrastructure solutions aligned with performance, scalability, and deployment requirements.
- Deploy, configure, and manage CPU/GPU/accelerator clusters and platforms supporting MaaS, GPUaaS, and AIaaS offerings.
- Optimize cluster performance, scalability, energy consumption, and cost across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Integrate AI and HPC platforms with enterprise IT systems, data pipelines, and security frameworks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune infrastructure for high availability, low-latency networking, and workload resiliency.
- Develop architecture diagrams, configuration baselines, operational runbooks, and other platform documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support for HPC and AI workloads, large-scale models, and simulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with enterprise-wide HPC strategy and full-stack supercomputing environment architecture.
- Advanced experience with Linux administration and architecture, CUDA/GPU systems, H100/A100 GPUs, and HPC cluster design using Slurm or PBS Pro.
- Experience with parallel programming, high-performance networking, cluster orchestration, containerization, monitoring, and observability.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing HPC and AI infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of GPUs, XPUs, DPUs, InfiniBand, Ethernet, SONiC, NVMe-oF, Lustre, GPFS, BeeGFS, VAST, DDN, and Weka storage and networking platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Nutanix, Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Preferred experience managing deployments of 1,000 or more GPUs and working with NVIDIA CUDA, Dynamo, or AMD ROCm.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Jupyter notebooks, Google Colab, AgenticAI, and infrastructure automation practices.
- Industry certifications in NVIDIA infrastructure, public cloud, data science, or related areas are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
