Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack products leveraging OpenAI models for legal workflows.
- Own projects end-to-end from prototypes to production deployment.
- Design and develop user experiences across frontend and backend systems.
- Build scalable systems on OpenAI’s platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to identify opportunities.
- Rapidly prototype and experiment with new AI capabilities.
- Develop a deep understanding of legal workflows and customer needs.
- Help establish engineering culture and technical standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping full-stack applications end-to-end.
- Strong frontend and backend engineering skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, open-ended problem spaces.
- Strong product instincts and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to engage with emerging AI capabilities.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies.
- Thrives in small, high-ownership teams.
