Base Salary
$135k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, performant, and reliable cloud-hosted data-ingestion, transformation, and normalization pipelines.
- Build extensible low-code/no-code integration frameworks that enable customers and partners to add asset sources.
- Lead cross-functional and global engineering teams in building reusable software components delivered as a platform.
- Adopt agentic and AI platforms across the software development lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, deployment, observability, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Build and productize MCP Servers, agents, sub-agents, and skills as part of core product capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership for product architecture and software design to deliver scalable, extensible, and reliable systems.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on roadmaps, documentation, and supporting collateral.
- Participate in performance engineering and production incident resolution for large-scale pipelines.
- Contribute to feature development, code and design reviews, integration extensibility, architecture improvements, productivity, quality, and reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience using Go, Java, C++, or C with Docker-, Kubernetes-, and Kafka-based microservices.
- 8+ years of experience building large-scale SaaS, network-management, ETL, asset-management, or data-pipeline systems covering ingestion, transformation, persistence, projection, APIs, and presentation layers.
- Strong working knowledge of data modeling, APIs, system architecture, and software design.
- Strong understanding of relational, time-series, NoSQL, and graph databases.
- Hands-on experience applying agentic and AI-driven frameworks, including building agents, sub-agents, MCP Servers, and skills.
- Hands-on experience with performance engineering in large-scale pipelines and resolving production incidents.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including switching, routing, and security; DNS, DHCP, IPAM, CTEM, CAASM, and ITSM experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
