Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a fleet management console for satellite deployment and operations.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements through implementation, deployment, and operations.
- Use AWS services to build, integrate, and improve software systems.
- Design scalable software distribution and deployment solutions in partnership with low-level embedded software teams.
- Apply AI-assisted development to clarify ambiguous problem statements and design flexible solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience covering coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to export control requirements.
