Responsibilities
- Gather and review requirements with stakeholders and create technical requirement documents.
- Build custom extracts and reports on Oracle HCM Cloud using available frameworks.
- Customize seeded Oracle HCM Cloud reports and develop proficiency across Recruiting, Core HR, Talent and Performance Management, Time and Absence, Payroll, and other HCM modules.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, test, review, and debug secure, high-quality production software.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issue remediation and improve application and system operational stability.
- Contribute to a diverse, equitable, inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, seeded Oracle HCM Cloud reports, and Oracle HCM Fast Formula.
- Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, applicant resiliency, and security.
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules, modern front-end technologies, AI tools, and financial services IT systems, along with the ability to work effectively in large collaborative teams.
