Responsibilities
- Develop and lead AI/ML and LLM initiatives using Python, machine learning frameworks, and LLM frameworks.
- Build and optimize chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, RAG systems, semantic search, and other generative AI solutions.
- Implement fine-tuning, evaluation, prompt engineering, quantization, knowledge distillation, feature engineering, embedding optimization, and dimensionality reduction.
- Develop scalable microservices and distributed data-processing solutions using Spark, concurrency techniques, and low-level architecture designs.
- Deploy and operate ML and LLM workloads using model-serving tools, containerization, MLOps practices, automated retraining, and monitoring.
- Manage cloud and infrastructure capabilities across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, and network security.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of total and relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field.
- Advanced Python proficiency and familiarity with Go or Rust, microservices, test-driven development, and concurrency processing.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, prompt engineering, Spark, Git, MLflow, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, semantic search, LLM fine-tuning and evaluation, feature engineering, embedding optimization, and dimensionality reduction.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, service mesh implementations, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with vLLM, FastAPI, model quantization, TorchServe or TF Serving, automated model retraining, and LLM performance and security optimization.
- Bachelor of Engineering is required; the posting also lists B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MBA as education qualifications.
- Prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies is preferred.
