Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship scalable backend services for Reddit users.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to create user experiences.
- Develop backend services using Go and Python.
- Integrate services with databases, Kafka, and S3.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in software engineering or a related occupation.
- Proficiency in Go and Python programming languages.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, S3, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and CI/CD.
