Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to discover and scope AI opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable code and tests for production-quality software.
- Pilot, roll out, and drive adoption of AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions comply with privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Create reusable patterns and documentation for future AI work.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in delivering AI-powered or automation-driven solutions.
- Understanding of modern agentic systems and their construction.
- Ability to design system architecture and evaluate trade-offs.
- Knowledge of data access controls and responsible data handling.
- Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
