Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-priority AI initiatives from prototype to production.
- Rapidly ramp into new systems and drive execution with minimal guidance.
- Incubate new product ideas in areas like contract AI and intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal experts to turn customer needs into products.
- Raise the engineering bar through strong technical judgment and execution.
- Identify and close organizational or technical bottlenecks.
- Mentor engineers through hands-on leadership and code reviews.
- Help shape Ironclad's approach to modern AI systems.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and ship production software in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts to achieve concrete outcomes.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, especially in backend and distributed systems.
- Experience building AI-powered product features or platforms.
- Familiarity with modern LLM application patterns and AI coding tools.
- Strong product instinct and customer empathy.
