Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from requirements scoping through production deployment.
- Design APIs and data models and implement frontend and backend code.
- Build user-facing experiences that balance usability and performance, iterating from feedback and metrics.
- Integrate LLM and AI capabilities into product workflows to deliver reliable intelligent features.
- Design scalable backend services, data schemas, and operational tooling.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and design on priorities, success metrics, architecture, and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Requires 2 to 8 years of software engineering experience shipping user-facing products.
- Strong full-stack skills with TypeScript and React/Next.js, plus backend experience in Python or Node.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Production experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications, with an engineering rather than research focus.
- Ability to translate user problems into measurable solutions and operate effectively in ambiguous small-team environments.
- Experience with multi-tenant or enterprise-ready systems, API design, real-time systems, or high-throughput applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and experience in healthcare, fintech, or legal industries is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range is $150,000 to $300,000 USD annually.
