Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own significant portions of the product from user insight through production deployment.
- Build and continuously improve agentic systems, including context engineering, tool use, and agent architectures.
- Talk directly with users, understand their pain points, and scope features that solve real problems.
- Ship full-stack features using Go backend and React/Vite frontend development as needed.
- Use AI-first development practices, coding agents, and automation to increase productivity.
- Review code quickly and maintain high standards across the codebase.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on product engineering experience with a track record of shipping from scratch.
- Strong Go backend engineering skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
- Full-stack capability, including React/Vite frontend development.
- Demonstrated experience building AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI-assisted tooling.
- Active experience using AI-first development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar coding agents.
- Exceptional autonomy and product sense, including the ability to scope ambiguous problems and ship independently.
- Experience building something from scratch, such as a startup, significant side project, or zero-to-one feature.
- Former founder experience, an AI research background, or experience at an AI tooling or coding startup is preferred.
