Base Salary

$159k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce architecture and provide strategic advice connecting business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Design, plan, integrate, test, implement, document, and enhance systems and platforms supporting the SMART Salesforce environment.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations, data, governance, security, performance, backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, detect, and correct platform or system issues, including providing 24-hour on-call support for mission-critical services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, technical support hotlines, departments, managers, and technology professionals to resolve system problems.
  • Monitor daily system performance, implement corrective measures, recommend operational improvements, and minimize user impact.
  • Demonstrate and train staff on new technology products and develop or review technical procedures and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and may supervise subordinate Technology Engineer or other technical staff.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent qualifying coursework totaling at least 60 semester or 90 quarter credits with the required field-specific credits.
  • Three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining system or platform components.
  • At least six months of exposure to Salesforce Gov Cloud, Apex, and data loading is required.
  • Additional desirable qualifications include seven or more years of verifiable senior-level Salesforce implementation experience and two or more years of verifiable supervisory experience.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Application Architect, or System Architect certification is desirable.
  • Experience with middleware, ESB, or API gateways such as MuleSoft or Apigee is desirable.
  • Agile or Scrum certification and ITIL or service management knowledge are desirable.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, troubleshoot with minimal disruption, develop solutions, communicate effectively, and work with technical professionals, vendors, management, and departments.
