Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from concept through production while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Analyze architecture and simplify code and infrastructure to produce measurable business impact.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve workflow and code quality.
- Mentor and coach engineers through pull-request reviews and architectural guidance.
- Partner with product and design to build effective user solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with or willingness to learn Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka.
- Exposure to Java, gRPC, and AWS.
- Ability to decompose complex user stories and execute with minimal guidance.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
