Responsibilities
- Co-own the company security roadmap with the Security Leader.
- Manage security programs end-to-end from roadmap shaping to implementation.
- Conduct application and product security assessments including threat modeling and secure SDLC.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on cloud security and IAM.
- Develop and own security automation and AI tooling.
- Run framework-based assessments to prioritize security improvements.
- Connect technical work to compliance needs like SOC 2 and PCI-DSS.
- Mentor engineers and lead blameless post-mortems for security incidents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in at least two security domains, with a focus on overall security posture.
- Experience building or scaling a security program in a low-structure environment.
- Proficiency in coding and automation, preferably in Python, with cloud security expertise in AWS.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and securing LLM tooling.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a collaborative approach with developers.
- Must be located in Europe.
