Responsibilities
- Build and improve tools that secure the software supply chain.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for internal engineering teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into software development practices.
- Apply modern software development, DevSecOps, and SRE concepts.
- Research relevant technologies and trends in software supply-chain security.
Requirements
- Experience working as a software engineer on an agile team using modern programming languages.
- Strong Go experience, or strong Java and Spring Boot experience with willingness to learn Go.
- Familiarity with cloud-native and containerized application development.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or GCP, or willingness to learn them.
- Basic understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Ability to collaborate on scalable systems and adopt new technologies.
