Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve database platforms for 100x+ scale.
- Design data storage architectures across multiple environments.
- Provide reliable database tooling for engineers and non-engineers.
- Create secure access control mechanisms for sensitive data.
- Build scalable data governance systems for permissions and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 4+ years of industry experience with 2+ years leading technical initiatives.
- Deep hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid database infrastructure.
- Familiarity with database automation and operational tooling.
