Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend features and APIs for authentication, billing, AI tooling, and related capabilities.
- Develop scalable user-facing features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize production system performance.
- Write tested code, participate in code reviews, and improve internal tools.
- Deliver end-to-end features with product managers, designers, and engineers across AI Studio, Le Chat, and Mistral Code.
- Solve performance and AI capability integration challenges and communicate progress, trade-offs, and constraints to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Be a recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or Golang.
- Understanding of computer science and system architecture fundamentals.
- Experience building software through internships, personal initiatives, open-source contributions, or academic work.
- Demonstrated attention to reliability, user-focused development, problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration.
- Interest or exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AI/ML engineering, observability tools, or UX and product-centric thinking.
