Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations for customer, product, and operations problems.
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify valuable opportunities, build quickly, and improve systems in production.
- Design reliable systems that account for accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering ability and a record of personally helping build, ship, or scale a serious product, platform, or system.
- Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical technology stack.
- Ability to evaluate quality, improve reliability, and make sound judgments about what should and should not be automated.
- Ability to collaborate with product, operations, business, and engineering teams.
- Fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must already be based in Hong Kong.
