Responsibilities
- Lead system design and full-stack development for production-grade AI applications, front-end interfaces, microservices, and user-facing features.
- Architect APIs and orchestration layers connecting business logic with LLMs, agentic workflows, and predictive systems.
- Build high-performance web applications with responsive interfaces, state management, reusable accessible components, and real-time LLM token streaming.
- Implement and optimize RAG, multi-agent orchestration, prompt-engineering pipelines, vector databases, indexing, caching, and query performance.
- Establish code-quality standards, code reviews, automated testing, version control, and team-wide development and deployment procedures.
- Write and maintain build systems and supporting tools for continuous integration, packaging, and deployment.
- Assess utilization trends and recommend architecture and implementation changes for scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated production, integration, and application issues.
- Lead engineering sprints, mentor frontend and backend developers, and serve as the system-level subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams and deploying commercial AI/ML-powered web products into production.
- Expert proficiency with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux or Zustand, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
- Expert software development proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with enterprise backend and API design experience.
- Advanced experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins for containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and MLOps.
- Hands-on expertise with vector databases, modern database stacks, and large-scale semantic search infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous event-driven programming, caching strategies, and API technologies including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Documented success leading engineering sprints, mentoring mid-to-senior developers, and serving as a system-level technical subject matter expert.
- Good written and spoken business English.
