Responsibilities

  • Architect, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Integrate LLMs, generative AI tools, developer APIs, workflow platforms, document processing engines, and enterprise systems.
  • Design multi-agent workflows with dynamic planning, contextual reasoning, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Conduct automation feasibility studies and recommend deterministic RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, or Agentic workflow patterns.
  • Partner with security, cloud platform, and systems administration teams to maintain and secure automation environments and connectors.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce CoE standards and security policies, and improve engineering and postmortem processes.
  • Guide citizen developers through architectural guardrails, secure code libraries, and standardized workflow development.
  • Monitor and tune production digital workers and agent environments and resolve complex workflow failures and outages.
  • Translate business processes and requirements into technical designs and demonstrate automation capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Independently scope, manage, and execute portions of automation projects from intake through production launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience developing, implementing, and administering Intelligent Automation or Agentic Automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Microsoft .NET using C# or VB.NET, SQL, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
  • Experience implementing cognitive AI integrations, custom API connections, or agentic frameworks.
  • Knowledge of UiPath, N8N, Decisions, WorkAuto, workflow orchestration, automation design patterns, exception handling, and REFramework.
  • Knowledge of software development and testing life cycles, relational databases, API integration, and enterprise credential security.
  • Skill in prompt engineering, LLM configuration, structured and unstructured data pipelines, and citizen-developer guidance.
  • Ability to present complex architectures and demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Automation or specialized Intelligent Automation/AI certifications are required; coding and AI certifications are preferred.
