Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Customer.io's SDKs across platforms including Android, iOS, Node, and Go.
- Lead SDK initiatives end to end, including setting technical direction and managing releases.
- Improve SDK delivery infrastructure for reliable and low-friction shipping.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance developer experience.
- Utilize AI agents for multi-file changes across various codebases and languages.
- Engage with engineers integrating with SDKs to understand their needs.
Requirements
- Expert-level competency in at least one established programming language.
- Experience building and evolving mature, production-quality software.
- Fluency with current LLMs and agentic coding tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and stacks is preferred.
