Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Modernize and maintain web applications for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop modular code using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt and improve readability.
- Build dashboards, workflows, and visualizations for data-driven applications.
- Optimize SQL queries and support database performance and security.
- Define and deliver scalable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work in Agile environments, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Provide actionable reports and analytics for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required for obtaining or holding the necessary security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD 8140 IAT II certification, such as Security+ CE or equivalent, or the ability to obtain Security+ CE within 90 days of hire.
- Proficiency with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience analyzing, refactoring, and improving legacy applications.
- Familiarity with Linux, including RHEL administration and update management.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or XP methodologies.
